Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and a copy of the tax invoice or delivery order.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier service point for delivery back to our fulfillment center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days.
